Responsibilities

  • Review and manage a high volume of contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and client specifications.
  • Track contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, and closeout.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, logs, and documentation within internal systems.
  • Identify risks, inconsistencies, and non-compliant terms, escalating as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, legal, procurement, and finance teams to support contract execution.
  • Support contract negotiations by tracking revisions and maintaining documentation.
  • Manage change orders, addendums, and contract modifications.
  • Monitor contract deliverables, deadlines, and key milestones.
  • Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance and reporting.
  • Coordinate insurance certificates, lien waivers, and other contractual requirements.
  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice tracking, billing support, and payment reconciliation.
  • Ensure alignment between contract terms and billing/invoicing activities.
  • Ensure timely execution of agreements to avoid project delays.

The Project Contract Administrator Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts across multiple projects.
