Job summary

Aeva Inc. in Mountain View, CA is seeking a contract Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, spanning Software, Hardware, Embedded, and Photonics.

You’ll partner with leaders to align hiring with business needs and build strong talent pipelines in a fast-growth environment. You will manage multiple searches, leverage market intelligence on compensation trends, and champion Aeva’s culture and employment brand, while delivering

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills with senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever (Preferred).
• Global recruiting experience a plus, especially Germany or other international markets.

Responsibilities

• Own full-life cycle recruiting across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Recruit across Software, Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Photonics/Optics, as well as Operations and Supply Chain roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement with passive candidates.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Be a champion of Aeva’s culture and employment brand.
