Job summary

Aeva is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain leaders to build and execute a talent strategy across hardware, software, and AI teams in Mountain View.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, develop strong pipelines, and leverage market intelligence to inform compensation and hiring plans, while upholding Aeva’s culture and employer brand.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles.
• Recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever.
• Global recruiting experience is a plus, particularly Germany or other international markets.

• Own full-life cycle recruiting across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Recruit across a broad range of technical areas, including Software, Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Photonics/Optics, as well as Operations and Supply Chain roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive engagement with passive candidates.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring.
• Be a champion of Aeva’s culture and employment brand.

Aeva’s mission is to bring the next wave of perception to a broad range of applications from automated driving to industrial robotics, consumer electronics, consumer health, security, and beyond. Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for teams across hardware, software, and AI. This person will partner with leaders at Aeva to build a talent strategy around the most mission-critical hiring needs and execute those plans.

What you have:

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain
• Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
• Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever (Preferred)
• Global recruiting experience is a plus, particularly Germany or other international markets.

Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future.
