Job summary

Aeva is seeking a contract Senior Technical Recruiter in Mountain View, CA to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, operations and supply chain teams. You will partner with senior leaders to understand needs, build pipelines, and manage multiple searches in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in technical recruiting, experience across software, hardware, embedded, and optics, and fluency with Lever.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and specialized roles.
• Ability to recruit across multiple engineering disciplines and operations/supply chain.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever.
• Global recruiting experience is a plus, especially Germany or other international markets.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a contract Senior Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for teams across hardware, software, and AI. This person will partner with leaders at Aeva to build a talent strategy around the most mission-critical hiring needs and execute those plans.

• Own full-life cycle recruiting across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Recruit across a broad range of technical areas, including Software, Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Photonics/Optics, as well as Operations and Supply Chain roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive engagement with passive candidates.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring.
• Be a champion of Aeva’s culture and employment brand.

What you have:

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever (Preferred).
• Global recruiting experience is a plus, particularly Germany or other international markets.

Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, pre-tax commuter and health care/dependent care accounts, 401k plan, life and disability benefits, flexible time off, paid parental leave, and 11 paid holidays annually.
