Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels.
• Experience sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries/time zones.
• Deep sourcing with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative outreach.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand goals and build scalable recruiting strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles and regions.
• Guide teams through inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment.
• Provide data-driven updates on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
• Contribute to process improvements in a globally distributed, remote team.
