Wonder is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead hard-to-fill and senior searches across business functions and business-technology roles. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to move critical searches to close, embedded within the Talent Acquisition team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include end-to-end search management, proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, interview panel prep, and weekly pipeline updates.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior manager and director-level searches.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders, and advising them on search strategy.
• Track record filling hard-to-fill roles across business functions and business-technology functions.
• Clear, polished communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience as an embedded contract recruiter, working in a company's ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Mansioni

• Run assigned searches (manager through director) end to end, from intake to signed offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research and outreach.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed with fast, thoughtful communication at every stage.
• Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and keep decisions moving.
• Share clear weekly updates with leaders and Talent Acquisition on pipeline, risks, and next steps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on the talent market and search approach.
