Job summary

Wonder is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead hard-to-fill and senior searches across business and technology functions. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, owning the process from intake to offer.

You will embed with our Talent Acquisition team, delivering polished candidate experiences aligned with Wonder’s brand and guiding searches to close efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Senior Manager and Director-level searches.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders, and advising them on search strategy.
• Track record filling hard-to-fill roles across business functions and business-technology functions.
• Clear, polished communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills.
• Experience as an embedded contract recruiter in a company's ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned searches (Manager through Director) end to end, from intake to signed offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research and outreach.
• Keep candidates engaged with fast, thoughtful communication at every stage.
• Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and keep decisions moving.
• Share weekly updates with leaders and Talent Acquisition on pipeline and risks.
