Job summary

DrFirst is seeking an Associate, Implementation Project Manager to support all elements of practice and end-user implementations across client types. You will verify configurations, manage project plans, and coordinate with clients to ensure successful go-lives and PDMP integrations.

Responsibilities include leading registration/configuration, tracking workflows, educating customers, and ensuring timely responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to create documentation, process guides, and reference materials.

Responsibilities

• Host customer-facing meetings following standardized project methodology.
• Manage project plans and client requests via ticketing system.
• Configure tasks and ensure go-lives across standalone, enterprise, and partner clients.
• Enable PDMP integrations for all customer types with instructions and credentialing.
