Job summary

Litify is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 4-month temporary assignment to support full lifecycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines, lead our recruiting from end to end, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with full lifecycle recruiting, ideally for technology/software companies.
• Senior or lead recruiter experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company, from internal kick-off through sourcing, resume review, screening and interview coordination, and offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS).
