Job summary

Litify is seeking a Salesforce/Technical Recruiter for a 3-month contract to drive full lifecycle recruiting across all Litify departments from Product and Engineering to Sales and Customer Success. The role is Anywhere, USA, with compensation at $60/hour, 30-40 hours per week and temporary status.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining strong market insights and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with full lifecycle recruiting in tech
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions, from kickoff to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Screen and interview candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a professional candidate experience
• Provide market insights to hiring managers on talent availability and best practices
• Track recruiting activity and maintain documentation in Greenhouse
