Job summary

Litify is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a four-month temporary assignment to drive full lifecycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, Sales, and more. You will partner with hiring managers to understand open roles, manage pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires 3+ years in recruiting, prior senior-level experience, and strong sourcing and assessment skills. Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as senior/lead recruiter in fast-paced tech environments.

Responsibilities
