• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and competition.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation in the ATS.
