LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a client in Winston-Salem, NC on a 4-6 month hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 remote). Must have prior experience recruiting for specialized production-based roles, not bulk hiring.

Responsibilities include posting requisitions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with the hiring manager, and onboarding once offers are made. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles

• Must have strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Must give dedicated attention to each role; this is not a bulk hiring environment
• Must be comfortable with 4-6 month contract
