Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or high-volume admin role.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Dayforce preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post requisitions on job boards within 1 business day after req approval.
• Refresh postings to maintain visibility and ranking.
• Close postings and send rejections after a requisition is filled or canceled.
• Maintain accurate requisition status and data hygiene in the ATS.
• Schedule hiring manager intake meetings with recruiters.
• Draft offer letters using templates and compensation guidance.
• Track outstanding offer letters and ensure timely signature.
• Collaborate with TA Manager on projects to improve recruiting processes.
