Job summary

Boon Edam Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a temporary contract through a staffing agency. The role supports the Recruitment Manager with daily activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.

The successful candidate will manage multiple requisitions, communicate professionally with candidates, and ensure compliance with company policies. Prior experience in high-volume recruiting and familiarity with ADP Recruiting is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume recruiting or staffing experience.
• Experience with phone screens and evaluating candidates.
• Experience using ATS; ADP Recruiting preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications and evaluate candidates against position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and interest in employment opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ADP Tracking System.
• Communicate professionally and timely with candidates regarding application status, interview details, and next steps.
• Assist with posting job openings on internal and external job boards.
• Support recruitment efforts for manufacturing, administrative, technical, and professional positions as assigned.
• Partner closely with the Recruitment Manager to prioritize recruiting activities and hiring needs.
• Prepare interview schedules and coordinate candidate logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
• Perform other recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.
