Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced recruiter to manage full cycle recruitment for domestic and international roles. You will partner with business leaders to align hiring needs with organizational goals, driving candidate engagement and shaping the employer brand.

You will lead recruitment events, analyze hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with policies while coordinating with stakeholders across the company. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in early career recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications or similar field.
• Experience in full cycle recruitment and best practices.
• Strong ability to drive candidate and student engagement.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 15% for events/conferences.
• Occasional evenings/weekends may be required for events and high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding for domestic and international roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning hiring needs with company strategy.
• Lead employer branding and marketing processes to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies and prepare management reports.
