Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Operations coordinator to support the candidate experience from interview scheduling through onboarding. You will liaise with the executive admin team to connect candidates with the leadership group and own the end-to-end scheduling for evergreen and opportunistic roles.

In this fast-paced tech environment you will anticipate scheduling needs, manage travel logistics for on-site interviews, and maintain confidential candidate data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 1 year minimum experience in Talent Acquisition operations; 2-3 years preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech company is preferred.
  • Experience supporting technical teams is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Job description

  • Support a world-class candidate experience from interview scheduling through onboarding
  • Liaise with the executive admin team to connect candidates with the leadership team
  • Own the end-to-end scheduling process for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs
  • Proactively anticipate and surface scheduling needs and obstacles
  • Coordinate on-site interviews and candidate visits, including logistics, travel, and day-of support
  • Use the recruiting technology stack, including Ashby, to streamline processes and support candidates and stakeholders
  • Manage clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring partners
  • Maintain confidential candidate and employee data
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries and requests in a timely, efficient manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition operations; 2-3 years preferred
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced tech company preferred
  • Experience supporting technical teams is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Passion for building and growing relationships
  • Track record of supporting multiple scheduling or customer needs at once with a high level of speed and accuracy
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to continuously improve and streamline processes
  • Ability to keep and handle confidential information appropriately
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset who thrives in a constantly evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite; familiarity with Ashby a plus
