Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-4 month contract to support the recruiting team and assist with broader HR initiatives as needed. You will ensure a positive candidate experience, coordinate interviews, and help with HR tasks while learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.

Prior recruiting coordinator experience is a plus, but strong organizational skills and attention to detail are most important.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with spreadsheets for analysis and tracking is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS systems helps manage candidate data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate candidates through the interview process as liaison between candidates and interviewers.
• Schedule complex interviews and resolve conflicts with recruiting and leadership teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and send candidate feedback surveys.
• Source candidates on LinkedIn and coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters.
