Job summary

Carbon Robotics is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator in Seattle, WA to scale teams during a period of rapid growth. The role focuses on end-to-end interview scheduling, onsite candidate experience, and logistics for a 12-month contract.

You will partner with our Recruiting team and Hiring Partners to ensure data integrity in the ATS, support events, and manage job postings across platforms while working 4 days per week in the Seattle office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of talent coordination or recruiting operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across all recruitment stages.
• Own onsite candidate experience including hospitality and logistics.
• Maintain candidate data integrity in the ATS and support data reporting.
• Assist with recruiting events and career fairs.
• Manage job listings across boards and social platforms; provide front-desk coverage as needed.
