Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Temporary Property Recruiter to design and execute recruiting strategies for real estate roles across the United States. You will partner with Hiring Managers to source candidates, screen effectively, and manage timelines for multiple openings while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Recruiting/hiring experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• ATS knowledge preferred
• Must have strong customer service experience and presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail even in high volume environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruiting support for assigned hiring managers/division
• Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring process expectations
• Provide recommendations for difficult-to-fill positions through market insights and sourcing strategies
• Maintain consistent communication regarding candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring timelines
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience in partnership with our hiring teams through proactive communication and timely follow-up
• Partner with hiring managers to provide a consistent and positive interview experience
• Support internal mobility initiatives by assisting current employees exploring new career opportunities within the organization
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure job postings, offer letters, and recruiting documentation are completed accurately and within established service level expectations
• Monitor recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates
