Job summary

Real Time Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support staffing needs and provide administrative and recruiting support to the Talent Management team. This fully remote role serves AZ, NM, and TX resident candidates.

You will prepare postings, manage ATS data, and assist with candidate communications, interviews, and screening. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year prior recruiting coordination / administration experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Boolean search techniques a PLUS.
• Impeccable organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain, record, and document the flow of candidates through the recruitment process; add notes and details to ATS.
• Positive, helpful attitude.
• Ability and desire to learn and grow new skills a BIG PLUS.
• Experience with ATS a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job postings and coordinate the job posting process.
• Maintain data and reporting on the ATS.
• Maintain records on recruiting activities as required.
• Correspond with job applicants: Schedule interviews; handle pre-employment inquiries and requirements; complete screening for Recruiters.
• Research, analyze, prepare, and present hiring statistics.
• Support Talent Management Team with special projects as needed.
