Job summary

Rho is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle sourcing for a range of roles across our US offices in New York, Salt Lake City, and San Francisco. You will own sourcing, screening, and closing top talent with a focus on a seamless candidate experience.

You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Ops to build pipelines, apply data-driven strategies, and drive innovative outreach while delivering results on a 6-month assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in operations or risk/compliance.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem) and CRM/ATS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsive with a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for talent and a strong focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Ops to understand needs.
• Use data and market insights to inform outreach strategies.
• Drive innovative sourcing techniques beyond traditional platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS and sourcing systems.
