CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process. You will build and refine a best-in-class recruitment workflow while advising managers on market trends to tailor scalable hiring strategies.

Representing the CLEAResult brand, you will vet candidates, collaborate with vendors, and support the Recruiting team to move the business forward with passion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Proven track record navigating sourcing and recruiting challenges.
• Ability to quickly learn Workday and other systems; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter and guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process.
• Build the recruitment process and improve it to be best in class.
• Advise managers on market trends, tactics, and competitive analysis to develop scalable hiring strategies.
• Identify strongest candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Represent CLEAResult brand, vet candidates, partner with vendors and other organizations.
• Support members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team to advance our mission.
