Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic team in Missouri. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering end-to-end recruitment strategies and market intelligence to meet client needs.

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and adapt to feedback to improve outcomes.
• Confidently communicate the recruiting pipeline to others and keep stakeholders informed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the selection process: identify and assess candidates, conduct initial screens, collect client and candidate feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong, relevant talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes to add client value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals and maintain ATS reports.
• Update and maintain reports and perform related administrative tasks.
