Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support an online retail client’s hiring team. This onsite role requires evaluating candidates, keeping the selection process moving, and delivering a clear, timely candidate experience during a busy hiring period.

You will screen candidates, coordinate next steps in Workday, and conduct onsite drug tests, with flexibility to extend or work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a high-volume corporate, RPO, or staffing agency environment.
• Strong candidate assessment, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort using an applicant tracking system; Workday experience is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Goodyear, AZ during the contract period.

Schedule: M-F 8-430pm, with flexibility to extend or work weekends as needed.

Contract: Immediately – end of December 2026
