Adecco US, Inc. is hiring an On-Site Recruiter in Goodyear, AZ to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for immediate hiring. This temp-to-hire role offers an hourly pay of $22–$25 and an in-office, 100% on-site work arrangement.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while using job boards, social media, referrals, and an ATS to meet recruiting goals.

Qualificações

• Previous recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Comfortable using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize openings, and meet recruiting goals.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping people succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver exceptional candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Keep recruiting records organized and up to date.
• Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency to the hiring process!
