Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring an On-Site Recruiter in Goodyear, AZ to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for immediate hiring. This temp-to-hire role offers an hourly pay of $22–$25 and an in-office, 100% on-site work arrangement.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while using job boards, social media, referrals, and an ATS to meet recruiting goals.
