Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support workforce growth for South Carolina manufacturing operations. The role will start in a temporary start-up office in Columbia, SC, with training in Ellabell, GA, and transition to the permanent Columbia facility.

You will partner with hiring managers, source and interview candidates, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring ATS compliance during the plant launch and ongoing recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting or HR experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Support plant start-up hiring initiatives and career fairs.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment activities.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance.
