Job summary

MOBIS is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Human Resources team supporting South Carolina manufacturing operations. The role begins at a temporary start-up office in Columbia, SC, with training in Ellabell, GA, and will transition to the permanent Columbia facility as operations scale.

Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and interviewing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and coordinating onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting or HR experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and Microsoft Office.

Overview

The Contract Recruiter is a member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for supporting workforce growth and talent acquisition activities for South Carolina manufacturing operations. During the plant launch phase, the position will initially operate from the temporary start-up office located in Columbia, South Carolina before transitioning to the permanent Columbia facility. Training includes approximately one week in Ellabell, Georgia.

Responsibilities
