Job summary

HYUNDAI MOBIS is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support two Savannah area manufacturing facilities, coordinating full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, and accounting roles.

The role collaborates with hiring managers to craft recruitment strategies and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 2-4 years of experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain candidate hiring status within an applicant tracking system.
• Screen, select, and submit candidates to hiring managers.
• Attend video and in-person interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit.
• Promote HYUNDAI MOBIS as an employer of choice within the community.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand candidate profile and create recruitment strategy plans.
• Build relationships and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a pipeline of skilled candidates.
• Evaluate and implement new recruitment tools.
• Coordinate new hire processes from job offer to orientation.
