Job summary

Overview

The Contract Recruiter is a member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for supporting workforce growth and talent acquisition activities for South Carolina manufacturing operations.The role will be responsible for communicating with hiring managers to discuss talent needs and necessary requirements, as well as communicate with candidates and new hires to ensure a smooth hiring transition. The position will operate out of the Ellabell, GA office. Mobis Corporate Center of America will be recruiting for this role.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Support plant start-up hiring initiatives and career fairs.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment activities.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance.

Required Education & Experience:
