Echodyne is seeking a Recruiter II for a 6-9 month engagement in Washington. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and offers while keeping the talent function running smoothly.

You'll be hands-on with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), partnering with senior leaders to fill roles in a manufacturing environment. This role is non-exempt with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Strong operational skills with ATS systems and recruiting processes.
• Proven success in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes
• Manage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and professional experience
• Maintain accuracy and organization in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistent documentation
• Keep recruiting templates, workflows, and scorecards current and aligned with company standards
• Support headcount tracking, requisition management, and offer approvals in collaboration with the business
• Coordinate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth process
• Help maintain consistent interview and evaluation standards across the organization
• Contribute to employer brand and outreach initiatives that reflect company culture and values

We're looking for a Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting while keeping the operational side of our talent function running efficiently. This person will be hands-on in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, while also maintaining the systems, workflows, and coordination that make a high-performing recruiting team possible.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining ATS systems and recruiting processes
• Proven success in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience partnering directly with senior leadersProficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

Desired Skills / Experience

(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)

• Experience in defense technology, hardware, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., OFCCP, ITAR)
• Degree or Certification in HR or related field
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices

WHAT WE OFFER

This is a non-exempt role.

The hourly rate for this role is $40—$60 USD.
