Echodyne is seeking a Recruiter II for a 6-9 month engagement to manage full-cycle recruiting and keep our talent function running efficiently. You will source, interview, and hire while maintaining ATS processes and documentation to high standards.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage offers, and help shape recruitment workflows to reflect our culture and values. This role supports fast-paced hiring in a manufacturing environment with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail in ATS management.
• Proven success in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes.
• Manage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation.
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and professional experience.
• Maintain accuracy and organization in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Keep recruiting templates, workflows, and scorecards current and aligned with company standards.
• Support headcount tracking, requisition management, and offer approvals in collaboration with the business.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication for a smooth process.
• Help maintain consistent interview and evaluation standards across the organization.
• Contribute to employer brand and outreach initiatives that reflect company culture and values.

The company combines the patented technology of metamaterials with powerful software to create a radar sensor with unprecedented performance at commercial price points. Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).

We’re looking for a Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting while keeping the operational side of our talent function running efficiently. This person will be hands-on in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, while also maintaining the systems, workflows, and coordination that make a high-performing recruiting team possible.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining ATS systems and recruiting processes
• Proven success in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders
• Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)

• Experience in defense technology, hardware, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., OFCCP, ITAR)
• Degree or Certification in HR or related field
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices

WHAT WE OFFER

This is a non-exempt role.

The hourly rate for this role is

$40 — $60 USD
