Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Recruiter II for a 6-9 month engagement to drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, and ATS workflow, while maintaining data integrity and a high-quality candidate experience for US-based roles.

This role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to work with senior leaders. Experience in defense tech or manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining ATS systems and recruiting processes.
• Proven success in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth process.
• Help maintain consistent interview and evaluation standards across the organization.
• Contribute to employer brand and outreach initiatives that reflect company culture and values.

Echodyne is seeking a Recruiter II for a 6-9 month engagement.

We’re looking for a Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting while keeping the operational side of our talent function running efficiently. This person will be hands-on in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, while also maintaining the systems, workflows, and coordination that make a high-performing recruiting team possible.

• Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., OFCCP, ITAR)
• Degree or Certification in HR or related field
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices

WHAT WE OFFER

The hourly rate for this role is

$40 — $60 USD
