Job summary

This role partners with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, and onboard new hires.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines including employment laws preferred.
• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting and timely requisition fills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates to fill requisitions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing strategy.
• Plan and participate in on-site job fairs and events.
• Manage ATS, maintain candidate records and data integrity.
• Coordinate interview processes and offer negotiations.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the process.
