Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support recruitment across the organization in a fast-paced environment. This contract role will manage full life cycle recruitment for multiple levels and disciplines, partnering with management and using ATS, job boards, networking, and other tools to deliver high-caliber candidates.

The role emphasizes building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships, aligning hiring with business needs, and ensuring timely, effective recruitment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience as a sourcer or recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience qualifies in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence to interact effectively and cultivate relationships.
• Prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.
• Proven success placing good candidates consistently.
• Proactive, constantly willing to learn and improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Ability to exercise judgement and discretion with sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for your requisitions.
• Prioritize urgent requisitions and manage workload effectively.
• Partner with hiring managers with clear communication.
• Schedule intake and recurring recruitment meetings with hiring teams.
• Collaborate to post job requisitions and interview scheduling.
• Review CVs/resumes in a timely manner.
• Source and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates for knowledge, skills, and fit.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process as the main contact.
• Convey the company brand in all candidate communications.
• Enter screening notes in the ATS and track feedback.
• Extend and issue offers with guidance.
• Coordinate references for new hires.
• Seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Assist the wider recruitment team with admin tasks.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply.
