Job summary

B&G Foods is seeking a Contract Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple manufacturing sites in the United States. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and present qualified candidates, lead negotiations, and support onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified applicants have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with production/operations exposure. Travel up to 10% nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment; production/operations/maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday ATS.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong recruitment practices and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel <10% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple manufacturing sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Present qualified candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage offer development, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with laws and company policies.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open requisitions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within Workday.
