• Own full-cycle recruiting for plant operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, and corporate roles.
• Write/post ads, source, screen resumes, interview, and assess fit.
• Partner with HR leaders and plant managers to define staffing needs.
• Proactively source for high-demand manufacturing roles via multiple channels.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps including references, testing, and drug screening.
• Represent the company at job fairs and community events.
