Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC seeks a high-volume recruiter to manage a large slate of manufacturing-focused roles across multiple facilities in Texas. You will source through Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals, conduct phone screens and initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely progress.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or related environments, strong candidate engagement, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly and/or production employees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple facilities.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and candidate requirements.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate offers and monitor candidates through background checks, drug screens, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting reports.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

High-Volume Recruiter will support recruiting across our manufacturing facilities. This role will manage multiple open positions, with a strong focus on production, warehouse, maintenance, and other manufacturing roles.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage a high volume of requisitions while providing an excellent candidate experience.
