BitGo is seeking a highly organized Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco or Palo Alto on a 6-month contract. You will focus on sourcing and coordinating for G&A roles, partnering with hiring managers to move searches efficiently, and delivering a top-notch candidate experience.

You’ll manage interview scheduling, outreach, and pipeline data in Greenhouse, while working closely with the broader TA team to support rapid growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar ATS.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other business functions.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
• Support recruiting across a range of functions as business needs evolve.
• Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Ensure candidates receive a timely, organized, and positive interview experience.
