Job summary

BitGo, a digital asset infrastructure company, is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month term, onsite in San Francisco or Palo Alto. You will support hiring across the organization, with a primary focus on G&A roles.

You will be a strong sourcer and recruiter, quickly understanding needs, identifying high-quality candidates, driving outreach, and efficiently scheduling interviews. You will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to keep searches moving and deliver an

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of recruiting experience in tech/fintech/high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Experience scheduling interviews across multiple searches.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance).
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other functions using recruiting tools.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Conduct initial screens and assess against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate activity and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
