Job summary

Litify is seeking a sharp, resourceful Recruiter for a 3-month temporary contract to power our talent pipeline. You’ll lead full lifecycle searches, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

This role requires 3+ years in full-lifecycle recruiting within fast-growth B2B SaaS or tech, multi-pipeline management, and proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Compensation is $60/hour, 40 hours/week, with no benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions autonomously.
• Strong evaluation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle: intake to offer across all business units.
• Act as talent advisor, align on target profiles and market availability.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate journey that reflects Litify's values.
• Deploy proactive sourcing strategies to identify top passive talent.
• Maintain clean pipeline data and interview feedback in the ATS.
