Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for contract roles within a dynamic financial services environment. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and source top talent through LinkedIn and approved channels.

This role supports onboarding, offers documentation, and confidentiality in hiring. Expect 15–20 requisitions in a hybrid onsite/remote setting with potential external recruiter partnerships for niche or senior roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in recruiting or talent engagement; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and related platforms.
• Experience in finance-related recruitment including front, middle, and back-office roles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for 15-20 requisitions, including intake discussions and candidate sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to guide and move searches forward.
• Coordinate with external recruiters for niche or senior roles as needed.
• Track requisition statuses and provide updates to HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead new hire orientation and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ensure policy compliance.
• Support inclusive recruiting practices across all hiring processes.
