Job summary

BitGo, a leading digital asset infrastructure company, is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month engagement in San Francisco or Palo Alto. You will support hiring across the organization with a focus on G&A roles, sourcing top talent and keeping searches moving.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to deliver a premier candidate experience, coordinate interviews, and help close offers in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech/fintech.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify qualified candidates.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple searches.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance).
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other functions using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple searches and stakeholders.
