Job summary

BitGo is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month, onsite engagement in San Francisco, supporting Palo Alto or San Francisco offices with an initial emphasis on G&A hiring.

You will manage end-to-end coordination for sourcing and screenings, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and build targeted pipelines, while keeping candidate activity and pipeline information current in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of recruiting experience in tech/fintech/financial services or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance and corporate teams.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines quickly.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox or similar ATS platforms.

BitGo is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month engagement, supporting full-time recruiting efforts across the organization. This onsite role is based in San Francisco, CA (supporting either the Palo Alto or San Francisco offices) with an initial emphasis on G&A hiring, including coordinating interviews and maintaining a strong candidate experience.

The role focuses on end-to-end coordination for sourcing and screenings, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and build targeted pipelines. The recruiter will manage interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders while keeping candidate activity and pipeline information current in the ATS.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to keep recruiting processes moving efficiently.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates.
• Support offer and closing processes as needed.

Requirements

• 2 to 10 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Strong ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance, and other corporate teams.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting and ATS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong sense of urgency and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in running recruiting processes.

Compensation: Depending on your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $50 - $75 USD an hour.

Role location and schedule: Full-time onsite at either the Palo Alto or San Francisco offices to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.
