Salesforce is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting team. This role supports Finance, Legal, and Real Estate hiring, focusing on sourcing, vetting, and closing top talent with a strong candidate experience.

You’ll partner with senior hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy, own full-cycle recruitment, and help build a robust pipeline while operating in a flexible, hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Ability to partner with executives and managers to shape hiring strategy.
• Experience navigating compensation conversations and market data utilization.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across Salesforce functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to define candidate profiles and hiring strategy.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill openings and build pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR to drive the recruiting process end-to-end.
