GCG, a leading provider of business transformation solutions, is seeking a Contract Recruiter. The role focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders, proactive sourcing, and delivering top talent across sales, operations, and technical roles.

Based in the Eastern or Central time zones, this position welcomes candidates nationwide and emphasizes an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace. The recruiter will manage end-to-end candidate processes and contribute to hiring initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years’ experience in Talent Development with 3–5 years in a recruiter role within HR/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience across Sales, Operations, Fulfillment Center, Supply Chain, Analytics, Executive Leadership, Retail, Logistics, AI.
• Proven track record in engaging and recruiting talent.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and frequent interruptions.
• Own the candidate process from interview to offer letters and handoffs to HR.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen candidates across a wide range of skills including sales, client services, and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Provide timely, accurate feedback to candidates and ensure a positive experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external hiring managers.
• Track and improve recruitment metrics.
• Participate in special projects on interviewing practices, postings, and candidate experiences.
• Identify passive candidates via online research, social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Utilize technology and traditional sourcing methods.
