Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a contract Recruiter to join our high-volume recruiting pipeline and own full-cycle recruiting across assigned roles. You will collaborate with the TA team and hiring managers to maintain momentum and deliver a candidate experience that reflects our culture.

You will leverage AI-assisted tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse to build diverse, high-quality pipelines while meeting monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records and clean pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and feedback to keep searches moving.
• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter with diverse pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem related to Talent Acquisition.
