Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting/sourcing in fast-paced growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience sourcing candidates for high-volume roles.
• Experience as primary candidate liaison with white-glove service.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting or learn quickly.
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop and Gem.
• Extreme attention to detail and AI tooling interest.

Responsibilities

• Source quality candidates for high-volume positions to meet goals.
• Review applications and screen candidates.
• Support candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with growth recruiters, ops leads and cross-functional leaders to shape strategy.
• Follow and refine processes as Scale grows.
• Represent and champion Scale's brand to candidates and drive engagement.
• Represent Scale at onsite growth recruiting events.
