Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a motivated Recruiter to source and recruit top talent for clients in the life insurance sector. This remote role focuses on building relationships with candidates, conducting virtual interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and report on recruiting metrics to improve efficiency in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with remote candidate engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and virtual recruitment tools.
