You will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and report on recruiting metrics to improve efficiency in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with remote candidate engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and virtual recruitment tools.
